Feedback requests page: Managing your feedback interactions

At BIMINDI, we view feedback as a conversation, and that's exactly how it's presented – as a conversation. The Feedback Requests page in your BIMINDI dashboard is your central hub for handling feedback requests from seekers and maintaining effective communication. Here's an overview of what you can expect and how to utilize its features:

1. Pending Feedback Requests: In this section, you'll find a collection of feedback requests that require your attention. Each feedback request is now presented as a conversation, which includes all the essential information within the message itself:

   • Time Remaining: Indicates the remaining time until you need to share the feedback or any delay from your initial deadline.
   • Delivery Date: Displays the expected date for delivering your feedback answer.
   • Payment Amount: Shows the amount the seeker paid for the feedback request.
   • Data from the Feedback Request: The first message of the conversarion, provides essential details about the request, including:
     • From: The name of the seeker who submitted the request.
     • Channel: Indicates the specific feedback channel from which the request originated.
     • Input Provided: The link or information shared by the seeker for your review.
     • Comments Shared: Any additional comments or instructions provided by the seeker.

   Within each feedback request box, you'll find two buttons:

   • Share Feedback: Use this button to share your feedback with the seeker. Refer to the specific article "Providing Feedback for a Feedback Request" for detailed instructions on how to share feedback effectively.
   • Contact Seeker: Clicking this button provides 2 options to interact with the seeker, including:
     • Requesting additional information if needed to provide accurate feedback.
     • Cancelling the feedback request in exceptional cases.

2. Last Feedbacks Shared: This section displays the most recent feedbacks you have shared, offering a quick overview of your recent activity.

The Feedback Requests page serves as a centralized platform for managing feedback interactions, enabling efficient communication with seekers, and ensuring a smooth feedback delivery process. Make the most of this page to provide timely and valuable feedback to seekers, fostering a productive feedback community within BIMINDI.
