Providing Feedback for a Feedback Request

When using BIMINDI to share feedback with seekers, follow these simple steps for an effective feedback delivery:

  1. Click on the "Share Feedback" button in the respective feedback request box in the "Feedback requests" page in your dashboard.
  2. Fill out the feedback form with the following fields:
    • Feedback Link/File Upload: You can choose to either share a link to the feedback document you have prepared for the applicant (if any) or directly upload the feedback file. Ensure that the feedback aligns with the expectations set when creating your feedback channel.
    • Extra Comments: Include any additional information or instructions you want to convey along with the feedback.
  3. Once you have completed the form, click the "Share Feedback" button.
  4. The feedback will be sent to the seeker, and the feedback request will be moved to the "Last Feedbacks Shared" section.

Giving Effective Feedback:

  • Be specific and provide actionable insights to help the seeker improve.
  • Use clear and concise language to ensure your feedback is easily understood.
  • Offer constructive criticism and suggestions for growth.
  • Focus on both positive aspects and areas for improvement.
  • Provide examples or references to support your feedback.
  • Maintain a professional and respectful tone throughout your feedback.
