In BIMINDI, you have the ability to message the feedback seeker directly for specific purposes related to their feedback request. The option to contact the seeker can be found on the Feedback Requests page, as explained in the article "Feedback Requests Page: Managing Your Feedback Interactions.".
It is important to note that you should only contact the seeker in the following cases:

Cancellation of Feedback Request: If there are exceptional circumstances that prevent you from fulfilling the feedback request, such as unforeseen circumstances or unavailability, you can use the Cancel feedback request to cancel to ensure a seamless cancellation process.
