How long does it take to receive my payout?

The time it takes to receive your payout on Bimindi can vary. Earnings undergo processing for approximately 7 to 9 days before they become available for payout. Once your earnings are processed, they will be moved to the "Ready to Payout" box, where you can click the "Withdraw" button to initiate the transfer. Please keep in mind that it may take 1 to 2 additional days for the funds to be transferred to your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.

If you do not manually withdraw the payments, they will be transferred to your linked bank account monthly.

My payout status is marked as "paid out," but I haven't received the payment. What should I do?

If you haven't received the payout in your bank account within 1 to 2 business days after the status shows "paid out," it is possible that there was an issue with the bank account details you provided for processing the payment. We recommend checking the accuracy of the bank account information and ensuring that it is correct. If you find any errors or discrepancies in the bank account details, please update them in your payout settings. After making the necessary changes, please contact our support team, and we will assist you in resending the payout to the updated bank account.

Are payouts automatically deposited into my account?

Yes, once your payout is processed it will be automatically deposited into your selected payment account. Please ensure that you have provided accurate and valid account information to avoid any disruptions in receiving your payouts.

What should I do if I have not received my payout?

If you have not received your payout within the expected timeframe, please first verify the accuracy of the payment method details provided. Check for any errors or discrepancies and update them in your payout settings if necessary. If the issue persists, please contact our support team for further assistance.
