Cancelling a Feedback Request
If you wish to refund a seeker by canceling the feedback request before providing the feedback, follow these steps:
- Access your Bimindi account and navigate to the feedback request in question.
- Click on the "Cancel" option to initiate the cancellation process.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Refunding a Seeker After Providing Feedback
To refund a seeker after delivering the feedback, please note the following requirements:
- Ensure that you have a non-withdrawn balance in your Bimindi account.
- If your balance is insufficient due to processed payouts, you will not be able to initiate a refund.
To proceed with the refund, please contact our support team at support@bimindi.com. In your email, include the following details:
- Request for refund
- Date of the feedback to refund
- Feedback channel
- Paid amount
- Seeker's name
