How to delete a feedback channel

If you no longer wish to offer a particular feedback service or want to make adjustments to your profile, follow the simple steps below to delete a feedback channel.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Go to your Bimindi dashboard and navigate to the "My Feedback Channels" section.
2. Locate the feedback channel you want to delete from the list.
3. Within the feedback channel entry, you will find a trash/delete button.
4. Click on the delete button to remove the feedback channel.

Note: Deleting a feedback channel is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure that you have reviewed your decision before proceeding.
